Yggdrasiltunet - Is a privately owned farm hotel which is idyllically situated on the island of Kvaløya, 45 minutes from the centre of Tromsø.

We offer accommodation with homemade food in beautiful surroundings. Where the interior and buildings  consist of new and old history, beautiful farm animals,  lush northern Norwegian nature that offers several hiking opportunities.

You can experience the northern lights right outside the door,  mountain tours in all seasons, fjord sightseeing by car and guided snowshoeing, or you can hire snowshoes and take the trip on your own.

A visit in our wellness department is recommended. Where you have the choice between a wood-fired sauna or a relaxing bath in our Jacuzzi with a panoramic view, or both.
The farm hotel has accommodation capacity for 20 people in double and single rooms. Good service for our guests is a high priority

The kitchen at Yggdrasiltunet offers Norwegian homemade food that is produced on the farm, using ingredients from the surrounding market. We attach great importance to natural and organic operations at our farm, and do our best to serve you pure Norwegian food.
