We take great pride in offering homemade, traditional Norwegian cuisine, which requires time and careful preparation. Therefore, we kindly ask that you pre-order your dinner for the day of arrival. For the remainder of your stay, you are also welcome to place dinner orders each morning during breakfast.

If you wish to pre-order all meals for your stay, please submit a separate form for each date.

As for our recommendation, we suggest trying the oven-baked lamb from our farm. This is not standard white sheep, but viking sheep, which has a distinctly richer and more unique flavor. The lambs roam freely in the mountains throughout their lives, feeding on their mother’s milk and wild alpine vegetation. The meat is exceptionally tender and is baked together with quality Norwegian vegetables. We recommend ordering this dish for two people, as it becomes even more juicy and tender when prepared in a larger portion.
