Yggdrasil gårdhotell is a lovely setting for practicing yoga. We offer yoga weekends, but also individual lessons during the summer and winter season. Our yoga room is beautiful, with large windows that give you a fantastic view straight out to the beautiful nature outside the hotel. It is also possible to practice your own yoga, then you can rent a yoga mat and equipment from us, and gain access to our yoga room, or practice outside in our spa area, weather permitting
