Description of the activity

An invitation to embodied freedom — a space to reconnect with yourself, feeling the power of the waves rising from your own inner ocean We begin by connecting with our inner being through free dance, letting the music guide us while your body leads. Here we awaken our life force, softening and releasing tensions and blockages. Then, we transition into Yoga — a space to integrate all the energy we’ve awakened. We shift from movement into stillness, from the physical body into consciousness and spirit, until we can finally feel the Union, the wholeness that we truly are.
