• Farmer’s Dinner: NOK 900

Pre-Order Policy

We take great pride in offering homemade, traditional Norwegian cuisine, which requires time and careful preparation. For this reason, we kindly ask that dinner is pre-ordered for the day of arrival.

For the remainder of your stay, dinner orders may be placed each morning during breakfast.

If you wish to pre-order all dinners for your stay, please submit a separate order form for each date.

Our Recommendation

We warmly recommend our oven-baked lamb from our own farm.

This is not standard white sheep, but Viking sheep, known for its richer and more distinctive flavor. The lambs roam freely in the mountains throughout their lives, feeding on their mother’s milk and wild alpine vegetation. The result is exceptionally tender meat with a unique character.

The lamb is slow-baked together with high-quality Norwegian vegetables. We recommend ordering this dish for two people, as it becomes even more juicy and tender when prepared in a larger portion.
