Pre-Order Policy

We take great pride in serving homemade, traditional Norwegian food, prepared with care and quality

ingredients. As our dishes require time to prepare, we kindly ask hotel guests to pre-order dinner for

the day of arrival.

For the remaining days of your stay, dinner can be ordered each morning during breakfast.

If you would like to pre-order dinner for several days in advance, please submit one order form for each date.

Our Recommendation – Lamb from Our Farm

We warmly recommend our slow-baked Viking lamb from our own farm.

Our lamb comes from an old Norwegian sheep breed, known for its distinctive character and rich flavour. The sheep roam freely in the mountains, grazing on wild herbs and natural vegetation.

The lamb is slowly baked with high-quality Norwegian vegetables, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavourful meat.

We particularly recommend ordering the lamb for two people, as a larger portion becomes even more juicy and tender during slow cooking.
