Our Story

Yggdrasil Farmhotel was created by Eivind and Maria on the family farm where Eivind grew up.

Since 2010, they have developed a small and exclusive farm hotel

with a strong focus on quality, tranquillity and

genuine hospitality.

With only a limited number of guests and plenty of space for each individual, Yggdrasil offers a personal experience far removed from mass tourism. Here, there is time to slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy a gentler pace of life, with opportunities for yoga, meditation and outdoor experiences.

 

 

Food is an important part of the stay. We bake our own bread and serve homemade food inspired by Norwegian traditions, local ingredients and pure, honest flavours.

Yggdrasil is not for those who want to experience as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. It is a place for those who value quality over quantity, and who seek peace, privacy and authentic experiences in the nature of Northern Norway.
