Dinner Pre-Order – Hotel & Day Spa Guests

This form is for hotel guests and day spa/activity guests who would like to enjoy dinner at Yggdrasil Farmhotel.

Dinner is served at 19:00.

Pre-Order

As our food is homemade and many dishes require time to prepare, dinner must be pre-ordered no later than 12:00 on the same day.

For hotel guests, we especially recommend pre-ordering dinner for your day of arrival.

For the following days of your stay, dinner can be ordered during breakfast. If you would like to order dinner for several days in advance, please submit one order form for each dinner date.

If you would like dinner but have missed the 12:00 deadline, please call us. We will be happy to offer you the dishes we still have available that day.

Our Recommendation – Lamb from Our Farm

We especially recommend our slow-baked Viking lamb from our own farm.

Our lamb comes from an old Norwegian sheep breed known for its distinctive character and rich flavour. The sheep roam freely in the surrounding mountains, grazing on wild herbs and natural vegetation.

The lamb is slowly baked with high-quality Norwegian vegetables, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavourful meat.

For the best experience, we particularly recommend ordering the lamb for two people, as the larger portion becomes even more juicy and tender during slow cooking.

We also offer excellent vegetarian dishes, prepared with the same care and high-quality ingredients as the rest of our menu. Vegan options are also available.
